P2T (Planning to Thrive)
P2T is a theologically informed proven process that allows churches and organizations plan and align across multiple bottom lines – people, purpose and product or service.
Being. Belonging. Contributing.
Built on a Genesis 1 model of God’s intent for human communities, P2T synthesizes co-creative leadership and collaborative strategic planning into a simple but highly effective model that builds engagement and momentum towards the mission.

Leaders, group facilitators, consultants, and anyone else who wants to help their team, organization, or clients bring their best to the table.
We want to know a little bit more about you so our trainers and facilitators can know who we will be working with! Additionally, the Paul E. Magnus Centre for Leadership Studies is affiliated with Briercrest Seminary, which requires certain considerations for certificates we award. This brief application helps us cover both of those needs.
Experience has shown us that P2T is most beneficial to teams who learn it together, rather than one person bringing the model and tools back to their team. Taking this training together, your team will start implementing P2T before you even get your certificate!
P2T starts in Genesis 1 with God's intent for human communities. A rich, holistic model for co-creative leadership and collaborative strategic planning is developed from there.
But, P2T is more than theory. This training includes multiple practical tools and teaches you how to use them, including 3-year plans, 90-day Building Blocks, and team thriving assessments.
Go think about it for a few days. We'll send you a reminder so you don't miss out!
