Included in this Toolkit: The MISSiM Survey
As part of the Toolkit, you have access to the Malcolm Inventory of Satisfaction & Stress in Ministry (MISSiM). This is a statistically accurate survey that explores 29 aspects of ministry and how each area contributes to your ministry experiences. For the individual, the insights it provides can be used as a springboard for deep reflection and discernment. For a group, it can be used to create a team profile and understand the strengths and growth areas of each person, and the team as a whole.
